About the Communications and Marketing Advisor role

Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing team to design and execute engaging campaigns that enhance digital channel interaction, increase brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.

Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager, this is a fixed term part-time position available from the 2 December 2024 until the 30 January 2026 (0.6 FTE).

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

  • Coordinate the creation and delivery of omnichannel content (copy and design) across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Partner with teams across the organisation to ensure effective implementation of content and campaigns.
  • Enhance digital engagement and growth through user research, SEO, feedback, and analytics.
  • Provide graphic design support for publications and collateral in Canva, while assisting the Communications and Marketing Manager, CEO, and Leadership Team with internal digital communications.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Experience in executing communications and marketing strategies to enhance brand messaging, protect reputation, and drive growth.
  • Skills in various communications and marketing functions, including digital and social media, copywriting, editing, advertising, and direct marketing.
  • Knowledge of current trends with a proven ability to adapt strategies based on data and analytics.
  • The ability to communicate exceptionally, effectively engaging diverse audiences and tailoring content to meet accessibility standards.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to efficiently manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
