About the IT Manager role

As the IT Manager at YourCH, you'll lead the IT team in driving digital transformation, innovation, and building inclusive systems that support diverse communities. Your work will improve business intelligence, data integration, and healthcare outcomes. This full-time, ongoing role (1.0 FTE) reports to the CFO and is based in the Inner North offices.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

• Develop and oversee YourCH’s IT Strategy and digital roadmap 
• Lead IT department operations and provide strategic direction
• Implement IT and cybersecurity strategies
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance
• Ensure successful system changes with business functions

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Business
• Preferred Project Management qualifications or equivalent successful experience, particularly in the systems implementation area
• Proven leadership in IT strategy and operations
• Experience in systems integration and data analysis
• Expertise in IT systems, networking, and disaster recovery
