Application Submission FAQ

If you are experiencing difficulties in submitting your application, please check the following before submitting an enquiry:

  • Not receiving updates on your application: check your Junk email folder and/or log in to your Candidate Account on our Careers Portal to manage your application(s)
     
  • Browser not loading: are you using Firefox or Chrome as your browser?
     
  • Unable to submit an application: are all required fields of the application form completed?
     
  • Unable to upload a CV or cover letter: is your CV or cover letter smaller than 5MB and submitted as an MS Word or PDF file (doc, docx, pdf, txt, rtf are all acceptable formats)?
