Your Community Health has been helping people across Melbourne’s northern suburbs meet their health and wellbeing goals for 50 years. We deliver a wide range of services including medical, dental, allied health, social support, Aboriginal Health and Trans and Gender Diverse in Community Health programs across our three health centres in Darebin.
Though we are Darebin’s community health provider, we also partner with communities and fellow health and social services organisations across the surrounding areas to deliver safe, inclusive and affirming health and wellbeing services, and promote equity.
We are passionate about our work and fostering a team that reflects the communities we serve.
