About the Allied Health Assistant - Physiotherapy role
Support the delivery of high-quality, client-centred physiotherapy as an Allied Health Assistant at YourCH. Assist with individual and group programs, admin tasks, equipment maintenance and help clients work toward better health and independence. Reporting to the Physiotherapy Coordinator, this is a ongoing part-time role (0.6 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Support safe, high-quality physiotherapy service delivery.
- Assist clients with physiotherapy programs as delegated.
- Help plan, run, and evaluate group physiotherapy sessions.
- Manage and maintain physiotherapy equipment and supplies.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Hold Certificate III/IV in Allied Health or relevant experience as an AHA
- Bring hands-on AHA experience with aged, disabled, and diverse clients
- Hold a current Victorian Driver’s Licence
- Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and make contributions
- Demonstrated experience planning and leading physio group programs
