About the Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer role

Manage end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, process high volumes of invoices and payments, reconcile accounts, maintain accurate data and support debt recovery. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a ongoing part-time role (0.4 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs. 

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

Accounts Payable:

  • Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable
  • Process high-volume invoices and credit cards
  • Reconcile AP accounts for reporting

Accounts Receivables:

  • Oversee full Accounts Receivable process
  • Reconcile client invoices and payments
  • Management of supplier and customer accounts

Other:

  • Support financial reporting through Balance Sheet reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable related balances
  • Manage company credit cards and expense claims

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • 3+ years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable (essential)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Skilled at prioritising tasks to handle competing demands
