About the Clinical Nurse Coordinator role
Lead and coordinate the nursing team at YourCH while providing hands-on patient care in our inclusive values based not-for-profit community health organisation. You will also oversee daily clinic operations and support service development, quality improvement and health promotion in this full-time, fixed-term role until June 2028.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Lead and support the nursing team with supervision and development
- Deliver direct clinical care at least 2 days per week
- Oversee clinic operations, staff rostering, leave and appointments
- Ensure infection control, medication safety and cold chain compliance
- Support service growth, quality improvement and health promotion
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification enabling registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)
- Postgraduate qualifications or experience in leadership or public health
- Experience in respiratory care and chronic disease management (highly desirable)
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
