About the Clinical Nurse Coordinator role

Lead and coordinate the nursing team at YourCH while providing hands-on patient care in our inclusive values based not-for-profit community health organisation. You will also oversee daily clinic operations and support service development, quality improvement and health promotion in this full-time, fixed-term role until June 2028.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

• Lead and support the nursing team with supervision and development
• Deliver direct clinical care at least 2 days per week
• Oversee clinic operations, staff rostering, leave and appointments
• Ensure infection control, medication safety and cold chain compliance
• Support service growth, quality improvement and health promotion

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Tertiary qualification enabling registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Div 1)
• Postgraduate qualifications or experience in leadership or public health
• Experience in respiratory care and chronic disease management (highly desirable)
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
