About the Information Services Manager role
Drive innovation and digital transformation as YourCH’s Information Services Manager. Oversee technology, systems and data to support a high-performing, secure and connected organisation, while inspiring a collaborative team and enabling excellence across all services.
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a ongoing full-time role (1.0 FTE). Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Develop and oversee the IT Strategic Plan and digital transformation roadmap.
- Provide direction and operational leadership for the IT department.
- Manage IT budgets, resources and vendor/contractor relationships effectively.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, systems and business continuity across all sites.
- Engage stakeholders to align IT initiatives with organisational objectives.
- Implement and optimise IT systems, integrations and process automation.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Business fields.
- Preferred: Project Management quals or equivalent experience.
- Proven expertise leading IT Services at strategic and operational levels.
- Skilled in needs analysis, product selection, implementation, evaluation.
- Experienced in systems integration, data analysis and ETL processes.
- Broad technical knowledge: OS, servers, networking, backup, disaster recovery.
