About the Medical Services Coordinator role
Coordinate and support daily medical practice operations with a focus on team leadership, service quality, workflow efficiency and patient-centred care. Support Client Service Officers and medical teams to deliver responsive, professional and high-quality services across a busy community health setting.
Reporting to the Manager, Medical Services, this is an ongoing full-time role (1.0 FTE). All offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Lead Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality customer support.
- Streamline workflows to improve service
- Support practitioners to deliver high-quality care
- Build strong partnerships with staff, clients and internal and external stakeholders.
- Support Medicare billing, MBS compliance and revenue accuracy.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- 2+ years of practice management experience
- Proficiency with Best Practice, Cubiko, Microsoft 365
- Experience leading teams in a healthcare setting
- Skilled in operational reporting and data management
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder skills
