About the Client Services Officer (Medical) role
Join a fast-paced, people-focused role where every interaction makes a difference. As the first point of contact, you'll help create positive experiences, connect people with care and support healthier, stronger communities.
This onsite role offers meaningful face-to-face client contact and direct community impact every day. Reporting to the Medical Services Coordinator, this is an ongoing full-time role (1.0 FTE) based across our Northern Suburbs locations.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, visitors and stakeholders.
- Manage reception, call centre tasks, referrals, client fees, appointments and enquiries.
- Support clinical staff, students, and volunteers with day-to-day administration.
- Drive continuous improvement and support quality and client satisfaction initiatives.
- Process service requests and triage clients in line with procedures.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Strong customer service skills with relevant experience.
- Ability to effectively organise and manage tasks.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and client-facing interactions.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with or ability to learn Client Management Systems such as Maica, Best Practice and Titanium. (desired)
