Job Description

Position Overview

Help strengthen quality, risk and safety across a community health organisation in a collaborative, purpose-driven role. Join a supportive team where your organisation, communication and attention to detail will contribute to continuous improvement and better outcomes for the community. Reporting to the Quality and Risk Manager, this is a fixed-term part-time (0.5 FTE) role until 30 June 2027.

  • Support the management of feedback including complaints, compliments and suggestions.
  • Work closely with services areas and programs to support Quality Risk and Safety activities such as audits.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, training sessions, and audits related to quality, risk, and safety programs.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality, risk, and safety management e.g. Smartsheets, Reliansys.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Outstanding communication skills and experience with stakeholder engagement 
  • Strong IT and database knowledge, previous experience with VHIMS, SmartSheets and RelianSys would be advantageous. 
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills under pressure. 
  • An adaptive and constructive approach to work with a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated understanding of privacy principles and responsibilities.
