About the ICT Business and Systems Analyst role

Join a collaborative IT team where you'll partner with business areas to improve systems, streamline processes and deliver smarter ways of working. As the Information Systems Business Analyst, you'll drive system enhancements, automate workflows, support reporting needs and help turn business challenges into practical solutions.

This ongoing full-time role reports to the IT Systems Manager and is based in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Your Passion and Commitment will see you:

  • Partner with business areas as the go-to expert for business information systems.
  • Identify business challenges and drive continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Lead system changes in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Configure information systems or coordinate vendors to deliver enhancements.
  • Develop reports, dashboards and business intelligence solutions where appropriate.

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • Tertiary qualification or proven professional experience in Information Systems.
  • Tertiary qualification or proven professional experience in Business Analysis.
  • Ability to learn new systems and perform configurations (create workflows, develop forms, reports, data uploads, etc.)
  • Ability to represent business processes
  • At least five years of relevant experience.
