About the Executive Assistant to Executive Director IPC role
Support an Executive Director in a dynamic, fast-paced role. Perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, juggling competing priorities and helping leaders stay focused on strategic outcomes. Every day brings variety, collaboration and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Integrated & Primary Care this part-time role (0.6 FTE) is based in the northern suburbs and offers the flexibility of hybrid working. Fixed term until 30 June 2027.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Manage the Executive Director's diary, inbox and priorities
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and presentations
- Coordinate executive meetings, agendas, papers and minutes
- Track key priorities, deadlines and follow-up actions
- Build strong relationships across teams and with stakeholders
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Hold and maintain current Australian driver's licence with no restrictions
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and adapt
- Work closely with the CEO, Executive Directors and teams
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and sound judgement
