About the Oral Health Manager role
Lead the delivery of innovative, high-quality care, foster growth, cultivate a collaborative team culture, and make a lasting impact on the oral health of a diverse community!
Reporting to the Executive Director of Integrated & Primary Care, this full-time, fixed-term role (Parental Leave Cover) is available from January 2025 to August 2025.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Guide a dynamic team delivering innovative, person-centred oral health services.
- Oversee a diverse range of services, including public and private dental clinics, outreach programs, Smile Squad, and dental lab operations.
- Drive exciting service growth, quality improvement, and business innovation.
- Manage budgets, mentor staff, and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Cultivate a resilient, empowering work culture that puts clients and staff first.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications and AHPRA registration as an Oral Health Therapist.
- Proven leadership in delivering exceptional oral health care and team management.
- Expertise in strategic planning, service design, and fostering external partnerships.
- A passion for community health and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Experience in public dental service delivery (highly desirable).
