About the Procurement Manager role

Build, manage, and maintain high-quality facilities while overseeing contractor coordination and creating a vibrant, safe environment. Lead procurement activities, secure vendor relationships, and drive contracts that align with YourCH’s goals. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a values-driven, not-for-profit healthcare organisation.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this fixed-term, full-time role (1.0 FTE) is available until 27 June 2025, with the possibility of part-time work for the right candidate (minimum 22.8 hours per week).

  • Build and maintain facilities to the highest standard
  • Coordinate contractors and ensure a safe, welcoming environment
  • Take charge of sourcing, negotiating, and securing essential goods and services
  • Foster strong vendor relationships and secure impactful contracts
  • Guarantee that all purchasing decisions align with YourCH’s strategic goals and budget

To succeed in this role you will have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven expertise in procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor management
  • Strong financial acumen, with a focus on cost optimisation, budgeting, and financial analysis
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
  • A demonstrated ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and lead continuous process improvements
