About the Quality and Risk Manager role
Lead and innovate quality, risk, and compliance programs, design and enhance accreditation frameworks, champion continuous improvement strategies, drive impactful Rainbow Tick inclusion initiatives, and foster a high-performance culture of excellence at YourCH!
Reporting to the Executive Director, Capability & Impact, this is an ongoing part time role (0.8 FTE).
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Lead a culture of quality, risk, and compliance with continuous improvement
- Drive change across complex legislation, accreditations, and internal data
- Champion ongoing improvements and develop quality indicators across frameworks
- Oversee Rainbow Tick inclusion initiatives for diversity and inclusion
- Prepare high-level reports for Board meetings on Clinical Governance & Quality
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Health, Management, or a related field
- Significant experience in the health sector, especially community health, with a focus on quality and compliance
- A passion for fostering a culture of quality, risk management, and service improvement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Proven experience in driving Equity and Inclusion initiatives, particularly in accreditation
