About the Client Services Officer role
The Client Services Officer, reporting to the Access Leads, plays a key role in creating an outstanding first impression for our clients. In this casual role, you’ll manage reception, coordinate appointments and maintain client records, all while building meaningful connections through friendly, professional interactions. Offices located in the Northern Suburbs.
Your Passion and Commitment will see you:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Manage reception, answer calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain accurate client records for seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate client requests and support management systems.
- Assist clinical and client-facing staff with administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- This role is designated to a person with lived experience as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified individual.
- Highly developed customer service skills with relevant experience.
- Ability to manage a high volume of client-facing interactions.
- Sound knowledge of computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to support team members and work cohesively across the organisation.
